1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Helpy Creator's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Helpy Creator provides video production, content creation, social media ad production, and related creative services. All services are subject to a separate project agreement with custom pricing based on scope, deliverables, and timeline.
3. Client Portal
Access to our client portal is provided to active clients for project tracking, communication, and invoice management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Projects typically require a deposit to commence, with the balance due upon delivery. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client. Helpy Creator retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Source files and raw footage remain the property of Helpy Creator unless explicitly included in the project scope.
6. Revisions & Approval
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
Helpy Creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before seeking legal remedies.
