Helpy Creator Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy At Helpy Creator, we ensure a smooth and transparent process for booking, modifying, and canceling video editing services. This policy outlines the terms to help clients plan effectively while supporting our team’s efficiency. Booking Policy All services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully completed on our website, helpycreator.com. Clients should specify their chosen plan—Personal, Part-Time, or Monthly—and whether they need Long-Form or Short-Form editing. Detailed project information helps us deliver the best results. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the service start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. If Helpy Creator cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund. Waitlist Policy For fully booked slots, clients can join the waitlist via our website. Waitlisted clients are notified on a first-come, first-served basis when slots open. They must confirm their booking within 24 hours, or the spot will be offered to the next client. Modification Policy Clients can request changes to their booking, such as project details or deadlines, up to 24 hours before the service start. All requests depend on availability and are subject to approval. Refund Policy Refunds are processed within seven business days for eligible cancellations or if Helpy Creator cancels a booking.
