Referral Program Terms

Send people to HelpyCreator. When they sign up using your link or access code and pay us, you earn 10% of every dollar they spend, every month, for as long as they remain an active paying client.

New clients who sign up via your link also receive a $50 credit on their first invoice. This is paid for by HelpyCreator — it doesn't reduce your earnings.

Anyone with a real-name account can join: existing clients, our team members (creative leads, ad managers, workers), past clients, partners, friends, strangers. One account per person.

If you're already part of our team and you bring in a client you also end up servicing, you keep both your team compensation AND the 10% referral. We pay for results.

Earnings accrue in your dashboard as soon as a referred client's invoice clears. You pick a payout method at signup: Wise, PayPal, or Stripe. Update it anytime.

We process payouts on request once your pending balance is meaningful (typically once a month). If you're already a HelpyCreator client, your earnings can also be applied as a credit on your next invoice — automatically, no manual deduction needed.

If a client you referred gets a refund (full or partial), 10% of the refunded amount is clawed back from your pending balance. We surface every clawback in your dashboard with the date and reason so you can see exactly what hit.

We never claw back from a payout that's already been sent. Past payments are yours.

Don't spam. Don't impersonate HelpyCreator. Don't make claims we wouldn't make ourselves (no "guaranteed results", no "we'll triple your followers"). Don't fake signups or refer accounts you control.

If we catch you doing any of the above, we cancel your pending balance, terminate your referrer account, and may pursue chargebacks for any payouts already sent.

You're responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings. We don't withhold. If you exceed thresholds in your jurisdiction (1099 in the US, etc.), we'll provide records on request — but the filing is on you.

We can change these terms with 30 days' notice (we'll email you). We can terminate the program with 60 days' notice — you'd still be paid out for any pending balance you accrued before that.

You can terminate at any time. Your pending balance will be paid out per the same rules as if you were active.
